Bennett Aesthetics Client Code of Conduct
At Bennett Aesthetics, our goal is to provide a peaceful, professional, and respectful environment for every guest. To ensure we can continue offering high-quality services while respecting everyone’s time and wellbeing, we kindly ask all clients to review and adhere to the following studio policies:

Cancellation Policy
We kindly require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee, which must be paid before rebooking.
​​Cards on File
We are now requiring cards to be on file. If you are canceling late or no show your service, we give you the opportunity to pay an invoice using a card of your choice. Otherwise after 24 hours of the invoice being unpaid, we charge what is on file.

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure the full quality of your service. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a $15 late fee will be added to the service. If we are unable to complete your service due to late arrival, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and will incur the $50 fee.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Repeated disregard for our policies

Our space is designed to be welcoming and safe—for both clients and our team. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
